1. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the mbet.express website and all associated mobile applications, services, and operations. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the entity operating mbet.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with mbet, you must be a real individual and provide accurate information at the time of registration. Creating accounts under a false identity or in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

• You must use your own active Bangladeshi mobile number when registering.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or NID.
• Mbet reserves the right to verify multiple accounts registered from the same household or address.
• Keep your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify mbet immediately.

3. Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on mbet, you should read the specific rules for the relevant sport. General betting rules are outlined below.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the associated bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• If a disconnection occurs during live betting, mbet will settle the bet based on the last confirmed odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error in mbet's system, mbet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In any dispute relating to betting markets, mbet's decision will be considered final.
• In an accumulator bet, if one leg is voided, it will be counted at odds of 1.0.

Mbet displays odds in decimal format (e.g., 2.50). This means for every 1 BDT staked, you receive a total return of 2.50 BDT—giving you a profit of 1.50 BDT. The higher the odds, the greater the potential payout, but the lower the probability.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on mbet are processed through Bangladesh's widely used mobile banking services and bank transfers. All payments are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit on mbet is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests can only be processed from verified accounts.
• Your first withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take between 1 and 24 hours to process.
• Mbet does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals — however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If any suspicious transactions are detected on an account, mbet may place a hold on withdrawals pending verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members on their first claim only. Other members of the same household may also be eligible, though different terms apply for accounts from the same device or network.
• To withdraw a bonus, you are generally required to wager 5–10 times the bonus amount — refer to the specific offer page for exact terms.
• There is a set time limit within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• If mbet suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to investigate and void the bonus.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

If any suspicious activity is detected, mbet may take preventive action without prior verification. In such cases, your balance may be held until the investigation is concluded.

7. Account Closure & Recovery
